Our Programs and Homes

Every year, Community Support Network provides housing and supportive services to more than 350 individuals in Sonoma County. Because every person's journey is unique, we offer a range of housing options designed to meet people where they are and help them move toward lasting stability. From transitional and recovery housing to permanent supportive housing, each of our residences combines safe, stable housing with individualized services that foster healing, independence, and long-term success.
