Brown Street

Brown Street is a 15-bed home board and care program for women with behavioral health challenges who benefit from independent living in a communal setting. Located in Santa Rosa with easy access to shopping and public transportation, Brown Street provides a supportive residential environment where the program staff work to support the residents with their goals and daily living skills. Brown Street staff are on site 24 hours a day to assist residents with daily needs such as transportation, medication  and meal preparation,  while also helping them learn skills for greater independence.

Weekly group programs focus on life skills such as money management, access to community resources, and health and nutrition. Staff actively support and encourage involvement in AA, 12 Step groups, Seeking Safety, NA, and/or dual recovery support groups.
