As we approach the close of 2025, all of us at Community Support Network (CSN) want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generosity and partnership. Because of your support, CSN continues to provide life-changing services to some of Sonoma County’s most vulnerable individuals.
This year, we’ve celebrated tremendous progress and yet, the need in our community remains great. With your continued support, we can help even more people reach their potential and become thriving, contributing members of our community.

Moms & Littles Program Reaching New Heights
With the support of an incredibly caring and generous donor, this new program has already helped seven mothers and their children to find safe and stable living situations, pursue and expand their educational opportunities, and find gainful employment to support their growing families. We plan to help even more in the coming months and beyond.

CSN Awarded $50,000 by Community Foundation Sonoma County
Community Foundation Sonoma County has pledged $50,000 in support of CSN’s work serving former foster youth. This support will make a tremendous difference in the lives of homeless and potentially homeless vulnerable youth. We’ll be able to reach even more young people in need by providing lasting solutions and brighter futures.
