CSN’s E Street is a home for adults coming out of a mental health or recovery facility who need assistance with transitioning back into the community. At this historic 9-bed property in the Luther Burbank neighborhood, on-site staff help residents reintegrate into the community and build healthy lives surrounded by positive support. Residents are able to learn new skills and explore options such as returning to school or working.
Each resident is assigned a counselor, meeting weekly to discuss progress toward the long- and short-term goals they are most interested in achieving. Staff actively support and encourage involvement in AA, 12 Step groups, Seeking Safety, NA, and/or dual recovery support groups. Residents learn medication management, recovery skills, cooking and cleaning, budgeting, and other life skills that build both confidence and independence.
Potential residents must be:
- 18-59 years old
- Clients with Sonoma County Behavioral Health
- Referred to CSN through the SCBH Linkage committee
